Tipping Point – Creating Contagious Commitment while Leading Change with Michelle Shields

The workshop has also been designed to support those involved in planning, implementing and leading of change to do these things in an informed and considered way. Your decisions can make or break your organisation’s efforts to change. The workshop will specifically help attendees to:
- Understand why a frighteningly-high proportion of change initiatives fail
- Recognise which commonly-used approaches tend to multiply the costs of change projects
- Learn to avoid interventions that are ineffective or even counterproductive
- Identify the actions that will create the right environment for ideas and change to flourish
The Tipping Point workshop is unique in that it draws on a computer-based simulation to help teams of people talk about what works in implementing organsational change and why. Teams of 3 will compete.

The workshop covers the fundamentals of GenAI, intermediate topics like vector embeddings and Semantic Search, and advanced applications using LLMs like Retrieval Augmented Generation.
Our goal is to enable your team to tackle your company’s own GenAI projects, so they can deliver them faster and better. Your developers will walk away with a strong understanding of the space and hands-on experience.
